User level domain/department access is very easy to configure.

Following are some of ready to use reports. We can work closely with your team to build additional customized reports. We want to design the reports around your company’s needs.

1. Booked orders by Channel ID: This report when ran for the selected date range will provide a snapshot of all     the orders, product dollars, and number of lines by different Channels.

2. Demand by Channel: This report will provide you demand by the channel.

3. Sales by Item Number: Very popular report that shows you sales across all the channels for the particular item     number for the selected date range. This report is extremely helpful in analyzing the individual item sales.

4. Vendor Cost: This report provides you the Vendor cost for all the items with their primary Vendor cost.

 
 
 
   
GanooTech has developed a unique Monitor that can monitor the Ecometry® open systems critical process that needs to be running on the Application server. If any selected Ecometry® programs stops working unexpectedly, Monitor will send an email alert to the list of personal provided. Monitor will keep checking the list of running programs every 30 seconds.

The Monitor program comes in following two flavors.
Jobs/Reports application server
Following are the list critical jobs/programs that need to be running all the time depending on your environment and the setup.

1. Hi-Output formatter is responsible for generating Orders for your Warehouse Management System (WMS).

2. Lo-Output formatter is responsible for generating the Item and Purchase Order downloads for your WMS

3. Input Gate keeper takes care of the all the communication coming from your WMS.

4. Real-time Message Update is responsible for updating all the demand and sales number in the
Ecometry®. All the reporting will out of the line if  this process is not running.

5. Web listener takes care of the communication between your Website and
Ecometry® Application.

6. EZ Forms is a tool by Minisoft most comprehensive electronic forms solution.

7. Kick Mail is the application for sending out the emails communication in the

This will intercept XML data passed from Ecometry system to Warehouse Management System (WMS) and back.
Application will store the data in the database send notifications wherever a failure occurs in this process On Success it will forward the data to the existing flow.
This tool is very useful for the clients having WMS like Manhattan or JD Edwards.
